CONTACT USNewport Mesa Animal Hospital remains OPEN 7 days a week so that we can provide excellent care to your furry family members! However, our business hours have changed to the following:
Monday – Friday – 9:30am-6:00pm
Saturday & Sunday – 9:00am-4:00pm
Effective 5/3/21, we are welcoming clients back inside of our facility! You will be given the option to join us inside or remain curbside when you book your appointment.
For In-Person Scheduled Exams:
- All visits are by appointment only
- When you arrive for your appointment, park in our parking lot and send us a TEXT at 949-539-0071. Please remain in your vehicle.
- Once a room is available, a team member will escort you inside (you may elect to remain curbside)
- We ask that you wear a face covering at all times and remain inside the exam room for the duration of your visit
- We will conduct check-out in the exam room and ask that you return to your vehicle once the visit is completed
For Medication Refills:
- Please call us in advance to refill your pets’ medication, or shop on our online pharmacy with free shipping
- When you arrive and park, send us a TEXT at (949) 539-0071 and a team member will bring your medications and a copy of the invoice out to your car
For Scheduled Drop-Off Exams/Pickup
- When you arrive for your drop-off appointment, park in our parking lot and send us a TEXT at 949-539-0071. Please remain in your vehicle.
- A team member will notify you when a lobby seat has opened and invite you to come inside (you may elect to remain curbside)
- A technician will gather your patient’s history and confirm a good call back number
- When you return to pick your patient up, please remain in your vehicle and text us upon arrival
- A team member will notify you when a lobby seat has opened and invite you to come inside (you may elect to remain curbside)
- We will complete the check-out process in the lobby
For Surgery Drop-Off/Pickup
- When you arrive for your surgical appointment, park in our parking lot and send us a TEXT at 949-539-0071. Please remain in your vehicle.
- A team member will notify you when a lobby seat has opened and invite you to come inside (you may elect to remain curbside)
- A technician will gather your patient’s history, discuss the procedures and obtain verbal authorization for the procedure(s).
- When you return to pick your patient up, please remain in your vehicle and text us upon arrival
- A team member will notify you when a lobby seat has opened and invite you to come inside (you may elect to remain curbside)
- We will complete the check-out process and discuss discharge instructions in the lobby
