Angela has been with us since 2012, and has been working with animals for the last 18 years, with experience in all areas of the hospital from reception to technician to hospital administrator. She is also a volunteer puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence, raising and training future assistance dogs for the disabled. As if that doesn’t keep her busy enough, she regularly fosters abandoned kittens and sick or debilitated animals for a local animal shelter. In addition to volunteering, you’ll find Angela poolside cheering for her favorite water polo teams or recharging herself at the beach.
Her pets include: Lariat (lab/golden mix), Wahini (golden retriever), Spencer (DLH), Eva (DMH), Charlotte (DSH), and Milo (Siamese); multiple fish, and a leopard gecko named Geico.
